ISO /CSC Container Testing
MCTS are an accredited test facility that hold certification from various class societies.
Our purpose built test rig performs testing on containers, tank containers, flats, fixed end flats & half height units ranging from 10ft to 50ft in length.
Prototype batch tests are conducted in accordance with CSC/ISO & EN requirements.
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) & Design Services
Utilizing advanced simulation and modeling techniques, we provide in-depth analysis and evaluation of marine container structures and materials. Our modeling services enable accurate predictions and optimizations for container performance.
Offshore Container Testing (DNV 2.7-1 / ISO 10855)
Units ranging from a tool box to a 12m basket, standard containers/tanks can all be accommodated.
Pre and post MPI is also part of our offshore service.
Our facility has no limitation on the weight or size of your proposed unit as we have a dedicated crane on site.

Magnetic particle Inspection (MT)

Road Trailer Testing EN 12642
In conjunction with ISO testing we also cater for road trailer testing.
The standard application would be to test the side wall / rear end wall & front end wall complying with EN 12642 L or XL codes.
Part of the EN regulation requires a floor test in accordance with BS EN 283 of which we can also provide.
The above image is only a sample of unit we can test along with curtainside trailer, double deck units & flat deck trailers.
For certification purposes we are approved by ATEEL and can guide you through the procedures required for approval.
